Co-founder and lead facilitator for Resurface, Sam is a passionate surfer/instructor and yoga enthusiast with a love for cold-water immersion, saunas, bonfires, nature and people. Sam is currently completing a Ph.D. in the field of surf and yoga therapy. His goal for Resurface is to grow a supportive & non-judgemental social community, a place where people can take important steps to improve their quality of life.
